Our Story
Quinntessentials™ is new but our roots are deep and our solutions mature. Our journey began with the realization that business optimization and growth aren't sustainable without honoring the people that make it all happen.
Our Founder has been leading global business transformations for over 25 years. More than two decades working in Corporate America taught her that our culture is based on lack…we are never good enough, powerful enough, profitable enough, rich enough, safe enough, relevant enough. When we wake up, we first think about how we didn't get enough sleep. When our heads it the pillow at night, we think about what more we could have done. We spend the hours in between working to be extraordinary.
On the brink of burnout, she left Corporate America in search of a more fulfilling way to serve. It was during a 5-day personal development experience where she discovered that the secret to personal and organizational success begins with taking personal responsibility for the circumstances and conditions in your life. She recognized transformation starts from the inside out and is possible for everyone. Her insights have been our guiding philosophy.
